Philosophy:

After the Bell Inc. believes that all children deserve to be cared for, respected and are entitled to a safe and healthy environment. After the Bell Inc. also believes in open communication with parents and community partners to create a better place for children. Positive activities and interactions between the staff and children will encourage and educate the children about responsibility, honesty, fairness, compassion and respect.

Quality Staff:

After the Bell Inc. hires fully qualified and caring staff. The staff are highly trained in the areas of child guidance and behaviour management techniques and child development. All employees must obtain their first aid certification, police clearance check and a child abuse registry check prior to their first day of work.

Safety:

Children within walking distance to school are escorted to and from school by an After the Bell Inc. staff. All other children are transported by a fully qualified transport provider. Drivers of the vans have clean driving records and full security screening as per After the Bell Inc. policy.
