Rebecca Rhee, M.Ed.
Executive Director & Centre Operations Lead
Rebecca holds a Master’s degree in Education and oversees the daily operations of both our Oxford Street and Cole Harbour centres. She is responsible for clear routines, open communication, and safe, well-organized environments so educators can focus fully on caring for children. Rebecca leads with a child-centered, community-focused approach, working closely with families and staff to ensure our programs reflect our core values of safety, play-based learning, and strong relationships.
Sheri Faulkner
School-Age Program Lead, Cole Harbour
With over 15 years of experience in school-age programming, Sheri leads our Cole Harbour centre with a focus on engaging, age-appropriate activities. She designs routines and experiences that help older children feel independent, supported, and connected after school. Sheri is passionate about creating a space where school-age children can relax, build friendships, and continue learning in fun, meaningful ways.
Jennie Park
Centre Supervisor, Oxford Street
Jennie leads our Oxford Street childcare centre and brings deep experience in play-based curriculum and social-emotional development. She designs and guides activities that help young children build confidence, friendships, and important life skills through play. Jennie believes that children thrive when they feel safe, encouraged, and free to explore at their own pace, and she works closely with educators to make that a daily reality.
